People judge you from your shoes

Oukey, mungkin judul postingan ini lebih sering didengungkan oleh para :

1. Fashionistas
2. Sekumpulan orang konsumtif
3. A bunch of hedonist
4. Asosiasi Pedagang Sepatu (is there any exist?)

But you know what, lately I agree with that. I heard once, I dunno somewhere Mien Uno said that, so does folks in John Robert Power. Dari sepatu kita bisa menilai seseorang, dari mana dia berasal, berapa penghasilannya, bagaimana karakteristiknya and so on.

Trust me, girls are often complimenting my shoes rather than my looks..oh poor me *meneteskan air mata*. Its no wonder anyway, considering my previous post regarding womans brain. Woman’s brain supposed to look like this :

Shoes are really does matter for a woman. Logically, woman will be most likely interested with something that really matter for them –shoes-, SO if some particular guy on the street wearing a good pair of shoes then there is a BIG chance for that guy to be admired. Pretty logic huh? Yeah? Oh yeah. .

People judge you from your shoes. .

Once upon a time there is a myth regarding white coloured converse shoes, semakin kotor, semakin buluk bakalan semakin keluar kharisma-nya….semakin kereeennn .. . OH What the hell?? Kharisma ke-jorok-an iya. . . .silly, super duper silly. .Oh people those days. . .

For you outthere who curios about how’s my shoes looks like (if you are not that curious, please be curious!), here a glimpse of it. ..BUT PLEASE please Please PLEASEEEE…I beg you . . .BEG YOU from the deepest of my innocent heart : DO NOT judge me from my shoes.

The only reason I put those photos is nothing but my dissapointment. As you can see both of them were deformed, dalam bentuk wujud dan rupa yang tidak sebagaimana mestinya.

I am so upset with those brands, Especially with the Hush Puppies sandals. Bayangin, masa pakainya Cuma beberapa bulan! 3 bulan-an mungkin. . . .Lapisan sol bagian atas-nya (that I thought it was leather, ternyata bukan sodara-sodara! its only something like latex or some cheap-low quality artificial layer)… gampang banget mengelupas. Tanda-tanda awal mengelupas mulai ditunjukkan tidak sampai sebulan masa pemakaian, and eventually as you can see..bentuknya jadi porak poranda nggak karuan. Damn, I was spending nearly 400k to bought that JUNK! I take it to the counter and they can do NOTHING. I bring it to shoes repair shop, and they charge me 200k! Dammit dammit dammit. . .too expen$$$ivee. . akhirnya, out of desperation, I took it back to my home, and put it in the deepest darkest part of shoe rack..may it rest in peace. . . I never wear it again since then or else I would suspected as a survivor from a mad dog attack.

The shoes. . Well, maybe the damage, bagian yang mengelupas is not-that-obvious once I wear it, but Hey you the manufacturer of Rockport shoes, Hey you people in MAP who brought this brand to Indonesia, could you please charge the price more reasonably? I spent a solid 700 thousand rupiahs for this shoes, without any discount without a single reduction… I paid it with a hard cash not a credit card!!! I nearly poor and starve for couple of days after buying it, I EXPECT SOMETHING MORE. .more..more..more than a low quality inner layer that easily torn out! The fact that I’m not over wearing it, i’m not taking it for hiking nor feed it to a bear. I just wear it once in a while and within only 3 years its already deformed!. . .Gosh. . .

I used to totally agree about the term : Ada harga ada rupa. But now, it’s not a hundred percent true anymore. Most of claimed ‘good brands’ here in Indonesia, doesnt necessarily came with quality…:roll:

So, what should I buy? A single shoes that will last for a lifetime….Should I bought the John lobb? The one that cost $1500 at average. . .(the only way for me to afford this shoes was selling my kidney in the black market). . .Oh dear god, peoples are starving to death and eat nasi aking somewhere out there and I am talking about $1500 shoes…shame on me..
